Weekly sessions help us stay connected to these parts, yet some shifts need more time than a 50-minute hour can hold. Soul Tending Sessions offer the space to follow your body all the way through a protective pattern so it can finally finish what it started.
With movement, breath, relational contact, and intuitive support when it’s needed, your system gets to release what it has been holding and make room for what you’ve outgrown to leave. In that room something new begins to take shape, not through force, but through alignment. This work gives your body and soul the space to do what they have been trying to do for years.
What opens here doesn’t stop in the session. It becomes the way you love, choose, relate, and build a life that fits who you truly are.

We follow what your system needs - sound, movement, stillness, sound, or intuitive channeled guidance. Sometimes it’s stillness, sometimes it’s release. You leave with more presence, more room to breathe, and a body that feels like yours again.
why this is personal.
This offering comes from my own healing journey. I spent years in weekly therapy, making slow progress, yet still looping through the same patterns. The work helped me understand myself, but understanding wasn’t what changed me. What shifted me were the moments where there was enough time to stay with myself, feel what I usually protected against, and have support to integrate what came up.
That’s why Soul Tending Sessions exist. Some things don’t move because we aren’t trying hard enough. They don’t move because they need more space than a weekly, insurance-timed hour can offer. They need room for the body to speak, for emotion to unfold, and for imagination, intuition, and the unseen to be part of the work. They need time for the unexpected to show up - the kind of insight, release, and subtle magic that cannot happen on a 50-min clock.
