she returns program:

a transformational group for women ready to break old patterns, move beyond insight, and come home to themselves.

In a small group of 8 women, we’ll work with the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that keep repeating beneath the surface of your life. Through somatic work, group process, embodiment practices, and honest reflection, this program is designed to create change at a deeper level than insight alone.

My work is rooted in years of personal healing, somatic psychotherapy training, Core Energetics, deep group process, and embodied practice. I created this program because I believe lasting change happens when we involve the whole person, not just the mind.

Together, we work with the body, emotions, relationships, nervous system, and the protective patterns that once helped you survive but may no longer reflect who you truly are.

who this is for

  • You feel stuck in patterns you can name but can’t seem to shift

  • You tend to over-function, overthink, or disconnect from yourself

  • You crave deeper, more honest connection

  • You want healing that includes the body, not just insight

  • You feel emotionally exhausted from constantly “holding it together”

  • You long to feel more alive, grounded, expressive, and fully yourself

the program

She Returns is an intimate program for 8 women, designed to move you beyond insight and into deeper emotional and embodied transformation.Through somatic work, group process, and relational healing, we work with the parts of yourself that have been buried beneath survival, performance, and self-abandonment. This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about softening what no longer needs to be carried.

00 Preamble

we meet each other first.

Before we work, we land. The first session is about building the container — understanding who's in the room, what each woman is carrying, and what becomes possible when we stop performing for each other from the start. This is where trust gets built, not assumed.

Section 1

naming the pattern.

You can't shift what you haven't seen. We begin by getting precise — not about what happened to you, but about how it lives in you now. The self-monitoring. The adjusting. The part that watches before it speaks. We name it together, in the room, so it loses some of its invisibility.

Section 2

the conditioning we inherited.

Two of our sessions are held virtually — and they're designed for a different kind of work. We zoom out. We look at the archetype we were handed: the good girl, the digestible woman, the one who makes herself small so the room stays comfortable. This isn't just personal. It's cultural. Naming it collectively changes something.

Section 3

working inside it — together.

This is the heart of the program. Each week we move through a theme, but we follow what's alive in the room. Hot seat work. Somatic practice. Real moments between real women. The patterns that keep you guarded don't just get talked about here — they get met, moved, and shifted in real relationship.

Section 4

ancestral meeting.

We are not the first women to carry this. We look at what was passed down — the silence, the shrinking, the survival strategies that became personality. And we learn from each other across the table in the same way our ancestors learned around the fire. This is embodied, lived, collective wisdom.

05 Closing

your inner signal.

The final session is about integration — not closure. You leave with something you can use: a felt sense of your own knowing, a practice for returning to it, and a group of women who have seen you at your most unguarded. The work doesn't end here. It just becomes yours.

OLIVIA LEHMAN

built for women ready to feel like themselves.

My work brings together psychotherapy, somatic practice, Core Energetics, yoga, group process, and years of studying how our bodies carry the patterns our minds already understand. I've spent years working at the intersection of body, mind, and ancestral lineage — because that's where the real patterns live.

I moved away from traditional therapy because it has a ceiling. When you only work with the mind, you miss everything the body has been holding. When you only work alone, you miss everything that only shows up in relationship.

This is why group work is the most powerful container I know. It's not a simulation of real life — it's a sandbox inside it. The ways you go quiet, adjust, perform, or disappear around other women — they show up here, in real time, between us. And that's exactly where we alchemize them.

What I hear most from the women I work with: "I had no idea how much of my life I was missing."

That's what becomes possible when you stop managing yourself and start trusting yourself.

why this works

what's actually been keeping you from yourself.

Most women who come here have already done the work. Therapy. Yoga. Breathwork. Books. Real things have shifted. And yet something still watches. Still adjusts. Still performs — especially in rooms full of other women.

That's not a failure of effort. It's a question of where the work has been happening.

The self-monitoring pattern isn't stored as a thought you can reframe. It lives in your body. It activates in relationship. Which means talking about it — alone, in a room, with one person — only goes so far.

This is why the group is the method, not just the container. The pattern shows up here, between us, in real time. And that's exactly where it gets met — not analyzed, not managed, but actually moved.

Women who have done significant work before consistently describe this as the first time they've felt themselves shift in the presence of others.
